RAMS cooperated with Deloitte, E&Y and Oracle to review the organisation business process with recommendation of deploying modern HR practice in June 2018.

RAMS was awarded a direct contractor Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll implementation across all UEM Group, covering more than 14,000 employees.

RAMS together with Oracle is also building a modern e-Claims and Overtime system for UEM.

50 members (including team members from Ramssol Group) has been deployed to implement the Modern Cloud Solutions at Menara Mercu UEM KL Sentral with total deployment head counts of 10,000 employees. The objectives of the implementation is to revolutionise the existing legacy systems which were not consolidated amongst business units. The end stage of the project is to consolidate more than 50 systems to a single ERP and HCM cloud solutions.
singapore - Project Details
Oracle Peoplesoft

In January 2011, Oracle Singapore invited RAMS to participate in CapitaLand’s Phase 2 Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation, and subsequently Phase 3, that involved countries like China, India, Japan etc.

In 2015, RAMS received a direct contract from CapitaLand to support the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM system for 14 countries.

In 2017, RAMS was also awarded the contract to upgrade CapitaLand’s Oracle PeopleSoft HCM system. The Product Consulting teamprovides onsite support, including advice on any product changes, enhancements and propose recommendation to any improvement to the current system.

2014 - RAMS was invited by Oracle (Malaysia) to jointly participate in RHB Human Resource System Tender and was awarded for Human Resource, Finance and procurement system.

RAMS replaced the legacy HCM System with modern technology of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.

In October 2012, RAMS was approached by Oracle Singapore to assist a client that had major problems with their Oracle PeopleSoft HCM system and support vendor.

RAMS did a full system health check of Parkway Healthcare’s system and drafted a proposal to resolve their issues.

February 2013, RAMS officially took over the support and maintenance of Parkway Healthcare Oracle PeopleSoft HCM system.

2016, RAMS built an e-Claims module for Parkway to cater for its complex nurses and doctor claims requirements.
thailand - Project Details
Oracle Peoplesoft

PRTR, a leading recruitment agency in Thailand, awarded RAMS the contract to license and provide implementation service for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. The system is to be used to support the business process outsource services that covered by PRTR to its clients.

The challenge for the project was to implement a payroll solution for 5 of its servicing clients with total 5,000 headcounts of employee and total 120 pay cycles a year.

A team of 3 Senior Consultants and 2 consultants are dedicated to continuous engage with PRTR to improve the existing business process and deployment of Global PeopleSoft Payroll for Thailand in November 2017.

RAMS became the first Oracle business partner in ASEAN to sell and implement Oracle Cloud HCM.

RAMS is the only local business partner with multiple Oracle Cloud customers and project sites.

Oracle Cloud HCM cloud implementation kicked off in October 2018 and targeted to go live in April 2019. The focus of deployment is to first modernize the learning and recruitment eco systems. The modern best practices of Oracle Fusion HCM was chosen to eliminate process that mainly supported by human intervention of administrative works by migrating manual process for white collar employees to Oracle Fusion HCM.
